The Omnia Hotel Zermatt

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is super close to the main shopping street and right in the center of the town. The hotel's reception being located up in the mountains adds a unique touch to the experience. The rooms are well-designed and comfortable, with beautiful views from the balcony. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with attention to every little detail. The breakfast is delicious and the spa facilities, including the pool area and jacuzzi, are amazing.

The only downside is that some other aspects of the hotel could be improved.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the main street and train station. Another advantage was the fine view from our room, it was amazing and added to the overall experience.

The pool and sauna had limited operating hours, a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have them open longer, especially after a day of exploring the area.

My husband and I were warmly welcomed at the Omnia with personalized email introductions and a pick-up service from the train station. Dominique, our host, were very good too make our stay lovely. She took us to the hotel terrace to admire the Matterhorn, treated us to champagne and snacks, and seamlessly checked us in. The facilities were great and the on-site Michelin-star restaurant was the icing on the cake. Beyond 5-star hotel for sure!

We were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade and a small birthday treat. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, were clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail, such as the provision of bottled water and quality towels, was impressive. a memorable experience.

As a solo traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, right in the center of town overlooking the bustling streets filled with charming shops and restaurants. I could easily explore the area, visit the museum just in front of the hotel, and indulge in some retail therapy. The Omnia cab was the cutest mode of transportation, adding a touch of charm to my stay.

As a larger individual, the shower room felt a bit cramped and uncomfortable.

The staff at The Omnia were genuine and cute, making me feel right at home. The pool with the outdoor spa was a true highlight, and the floral steam rooms and sauna were the perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. The rooms were beautifully appointed with everything I needed, and there was even a thoughtful gift from the owner waiting for me. I can confidently say that The Omnia surpassed all of my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking the ultimate experience in Zermatt.

The hotel was a great choice for our Christmas getaway. The location was perfect, with convenient access to both the cable car and train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and cute, offering a pickup service from the train station and providing excellent service throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the wellness center, where we could relax and enjoy the steam rooms, pool, and hot tub with fine views.

As party people, we loved the lively atmosphere and upbeat vibes of the hotel. The on-site bar and nightclub kept us entertained all night. The variety of cocktails and music choices were fantastic!

This hotel's location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the mountains from every angle. the luxurious spa & wellness center offers exclusive amenities, from the indoor swimming pool and sauna to the Jacuzzi and full-body massages. the staff's service is impeccable and always ready to fulfill your needs.

The restaurant's catering service needs improvement. Although the special diet menus were a saving grace, the restaurant buffet was lackluster.

Excellent food, welcoming and efficient staff, spotlessly clean rooms. Impressive location and high standards. Will definitely return.
